providing 24-hour comfort and care to adults
with life-limiting illness, and their families.
For eligible older adults and adults living with physical disabilities in Toronto, The Second Mile Club provides In-Home Support and a designated social worker. The support is offered Monday through Friday (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and is available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Individuals who are 55 years of age and older and individuals living with physical disabilities, who are over 18 years of age.
Applicants will be assessed prior to admission to these programs and should live in the area bounded by Bathurst Street, Yonge Street, St. Clair Avenue West and Lake Ontario.
